In Monaco, an investigation into the billionaire Rybolovlev continues, in Greece the press finds out what influence on the local policy was exerted by the Rostov billionaire Savvidi. In the United States, they soon expect the results of the investigation of the special prosecutor Muller, where several Russian billionaires have already lit up. The context of “normal” cooperation with Russia is rapidly disappeared, and the whole country becomes toxic for any Western partner.
Two years later, with such an intensive stream of investigations, the entire contour of threats from Russia will be established. All partisan activity will be devoted to publicity. Already now, the fact that some European politician in the past collaborated with a lawyer, who, among other things, served and Russians-becomes the topic of publication. Toxicity will go deeper into the layers of the past. The conflict leads to the fact that the context of cooperation, which was before the Crimea, is rapidly disappearing. In question, contacts of all periods of Putinism are questioned. The presentation of the Kremlin awards, a trip to Moscow, participation in any international forums organized by Moscow will become completely toxic. And on the other side of the border, control over the “orange threat” and “extremism”, under which any political criticism falls, will lead to the fact that any professor of the university, who has ever spoke critically about the regime, will be included in the base of persons for a special examination when crossing the border. Democrates in the FSB on any form of non -reduction will grow ten times. Since any Western humanitarian organization will be considered subversive, any contact with it will be under the control of special services. Public loyalty will have an increasingly and higher price for a citizen, therefore the most active and professional part of society-one that values the ability to do something-will more and more focus on its closed country environment, on the circles of “trusted people”, less to speak out loud and actively write in networks on harmless topics.
At the same time, everyone will have to participate in civil defense exercises. Having chuckled or vice versa with enthusiasm - labor groups of professors and filmmakers - will be together stretch the gas masks. By this time, all the near and distant peoples will have a “rampant Russophobia”. Since any security measures taken by any European government in the context of the conflict will be explained by “Russophobia”. Ordinary Greeks or Serb, seeing this, will be surprised and told for themselves: "ordinary people love each other, politicians are to blame for everything." But nothing can be changed: the delegations traveling outside the Russian Federation will everywhere see manifestations of “Russophobia”.
In 2029, when Putin is still awake and young, the 30th anniversary of his reign will be solemnly celebrated. The current young careerists, who began their careers at the competitions of S. Kiriyenko, by that time will be used to give a quote from Putin at the beginning of each conference. All phrases about “spiritual revival”, “Russophobia”, “the world envies our success” will become a dull rhetorical routine.
Outside, they will continue to look at this with amazement and sympathy: “Why did the Russians do it themselves?!”
And there will be no new answer to this. Slavists will talk about the “Russian soul”, retired generals - about the long telegram of Kennan. In 2039, Alexei Kudrin will be 79 years old. Young economists will know that somewhere in the country near Moscow lives an old man who "found another time." He knows "another language." The language, which is now not applicable, but in this language there is some kind of chain charm of the mind. And some other understanding of the world. And it will be very important to take a beloved girl with you and go to his country house, because it is very romantic ...
The question is: is it possible to avoid all this right now? Of course, you can. To do this, you do not even need to change the entire system of power and the entire already established way of the non -Bell society. It is enough to take four steps.
The first is to stop partisan activity and cyberwain in other countries, to transfer Donbass under the control of the OSCE and Europeans. The second is to reduce military activity. The third is to return to cooperation with international institutions and to the policy of “soft power”. The fourth is to stop the television pumping of the population on the struggle for the redistribution of peace and preparation for war.
Make the Russians like this - the world would breathe a sigh of relief.
Is this possible? Yes, it is possible if the leaders of large and privileged Russian classes - military, civilian bureaucracy, employees of state corporations, creative professions, university corporation - will come out of a somnambulic state and stop swimming like a log without a cheerful in an extremely boring and threatening future.
Now our main classes want to try on a gas mask and prepare for the imaginary “great battle of the peoples”, in which, as the Kremlin teaches, all the cards of the world will be revised, and Russia will receive an imaginary “worthy place”, and at the same time everyone is dug in its “inner farm”, attaching the bolts and loopholes of its own internal world from this demagogy, which seeks to turn an imaginary conflict - into a conflict. Real. But instead of a “worthy future” there will be only an infinite distrust of Russia. And the farms will be ruined by new guardsmen.
If at least part of our leaders of the classes shake off the Morok, then it will not be difficult for them to find the form with which they will express their understanding of the transition to the policy of de -escalation. To do this, they do not need to go outside, create a batch to participate in the elections, do not need any “elite conspiracy”. It is enough to speak publicly - and everyone will be heard.
Is it not clear to those who are now in our Chamber of Commerce and Industry or in the Association of Rectors of Higher Educational Institutions? In my opinion, this is clear to everyone.
