The FSB detained several members of the paramilitary group ENOT Corp.
On November 7, 2018, the FSB detained several members of the ENOT Corp paramilitary group in Ryazan.
According to media reports, the detention could take place as part of the investigation of a criminal case under Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (inciting hatred) and 150 of the Criminal Code (involving a minor in the commission of a crime). The exact number of detainees is not known, but it is reported that they were all released after a few hours.
Recall that ENOT Corp is a paramilitary group created in 2014 that took part in the military conflict in Ukraine (in some sources, ENOT is called a PMC). ENOT positions itself as a conservative association that bases its ideology on Orthodox Christianity and Russian nationalism. The leaders of the group - Igor Mangushev and Roman Telenkevich - are associated with the far-right organizations "People's Cathedral" and "Light Rus'". Sources
