Aeroflot is not against criticism, but it is necessary to answer for rudeness in social networks, said Vitaly Savelyev, general director of the airline, for the first time commenting on the scandal with the deprivation of the bonus account of Mitya Aleshkovsky, head of the Need Help charity fund. Aleshkovsky's platinum-status bonus account was canceled after he tweeted Savelyev's order to ban Aeroflot employees from using smartphones in the office.
- Quote: “People who are rude on social networks should understand that they will have to answer for this. We had such a precedent, the swindler lost all the courts, and we punished him. We are not against criticism, but we must behave correctly, ”Savelyev said.
- He also added that he did not know anything about the fact that Aleshkovsky apologized to him on social networks. Aleshkovsky posted a screenshot of his message to Saveliev on his Twitter last night.

Context
- Last Friday, November 16, Aleshkovsky published on his Twitter a copy of Savelyev's order, which introduced a ban on the use of telephones and other equipment with photo, audio and video recording functions in the company's offices, accompanying it with the phrase: "Savelyev finally went head over heels." Later, the press service of the airline confirmed the authenticity of the document.
- After that, Aeroflot closed Aleshkovsky's account in the Aeroflot Bonus system. The airline told Vedomosti that it had stripped Aleshkovsky of his platinum status in the Aeroflot Bonus system and canceled all of his miles not only for publishing the order, but also for repeated insulting remarks about the company's management. It turned out that when imposing sanctions, the company was guided by a paragraph of the rules of the bonus program, which appeared in the contract with customers only this year.
