On December 29, 2018, it became known that in the Sakhalin Region, a court fined O. Safonov, a resident of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, for 1,000 rubles for posting banned audio and video on his VKontakte page.
On December 29, 2018, it became known that in the Vologda Oblast, a court fined a resident of the Tarnogsky District for 1,000 rubles. According to the case file, on his VKontakte page under the name A. Kunitsyn, he published some forbidden audio and video.
On December 28, 2018, it became known that in Penza, the Oktyabrsky District Court fined prisoner Ya., who is serving a sentence in a colony, 2,000 rubles. According to the case file, on his VKontakte page he published an audio recording “Kolovrat – Racial Loyalty” (p. 3955 of the Federal List of Extremist Materials), an image with the inscription “I’ll show you lezginka” (p. 2784 ) and a picture with text "Someone is sick with tolerance - I am healthy with nationalism!" (n. 2226 ). It is reported that the prisoner was also fined under Art. 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
On December 24, 2018, it became known that in the city of Belgorod, a court fined a local resident for 1,000 rubles, who was found guilty of posting a certain banned video from the Federal List of Extremist Materials on a social network. Details, unfortunately, were not reported.
On December 18, 2018, it became known that the Syzran City Court of the Samara Region fined A. Andriyanov 1,000 rubles. According to the case file, on October 16, 2018, on his VKontakte page, he published a video “Denis Gerasimov (Country Kolovrat) – Honor and Blood” (paragraph 1223 of the Federal List of Extremist Materials).
On December 11, 2018, it became known that in the Ivanovo Region, the Rodnikovsky District Court fined a local resident for 1,000 rubles for posting the video “Putin is Furious. It's a shame to be Russian" (p. 2855 of the Federal List of Extremist Materials).
On December 3, 2018, it became known that the Suvorovsky District Court of the Tula Region fined a 33-year-old local resident of G. for 1,000 rubles for posting a certain forbidden video on the VKontakte social network. The video has already been removed from the user's page.
