IN January 2019 in the Crimea in Alushta, the investigator ruled due to the lack corpus delicti to terminate the case of Gulsum Aliyeva, who was accused under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (inciting a national hate). This decision is connected with the partial decriminalization of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code.
On July 19, 2018, a search was carried out in Aliyeva’s house, later it became known about initiation of a criminal case. According to the prosecution, Aliyeva placed in social network Facebook a non-existent quote from the philosopher Ivan Ilyin.
