In Saratov, the first resolution was issued under the article on extremism for the post of VKontakte

The Kirovsky District Court in Saratov issued the first decision under Article 20.3.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses on extremism. This was reported by the Information and Analytical Center "Owl".

Employees of the Center for Combating Extremism found on the user Alekseev’s page the post “A little racist jokes to your tape”, as well as comments with the discussion of Russia's policy in the 90s and the situation in the Donbass. The examination considered the records by xenophobic. The VKontakte user was assigned an administrative arrest for five days with the confiscation of materials and equipment, which was used for the production and distribution of extremist materials.

“Owl” notes that this is the first case of applying the Code of Administrative Offenses about extremism.
