Kirov: a verdict was passed under Art. 282

In December 2018, a court in Kirov sentenced a 21-year-old local resident to 2 years in prison, who was found guilty of inciting ethnic hatred.

In the dock was a 21-year-old local resident who, according to law enforcement, from January to March 2018 published statements and images on the social network directed against members of a certain ethnic group. Details were not reported.

The young man fully admitted his guilt.

The court sentenced him to 2 years of probation.
