A sentence was passed in Novgorod for posting video files on a social network

On February 18, 2019, in Novgorod, D. Kusov was found guilty under Part 1 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code (inciting hatred).

According to the court, he posted anti-Semitic and anti-church videos in the public domain on a social network. in the Internet. We are talking, among other things, about video files: "SODOMITE ... What Kusov was sentenced to is unknown, most likely he was sent for compulsory treatment at the NCCSP.

The videos were recognized as extremist and were added to the Federal List of Extremist Materials (pp. 5133-5138).
