
The Industrial Court of Stavropol sentenced to one and a half years the restriction of the freedom of programmer Vladislav Kuleshov in the case of calls to the riots. Kuleshov was detained in Moscow in the summer of 2018. He pleaded guilty.
The reason for the criminal prosecution of Kuleshkov was the posts on the Sysadmins.ru forum with an appeal to come to an inconsistent action on April 2.
Earlier, one of the IP addresses of the author of the record coincided with the address of Dmitry Bogatov, a teacher of mathematics from the Moscow Financial and Legal University. He was detained in early April and kept in jail until June. In May 2018, the case against Bogatov was closed for the lack of corpus delicti.
