
The damage from trade restrictions against Russia in 2018 amounted to $ 6.3 billion, the Ministry of Economic Development reports .
In total, 62 countries introduced 159 restrictive measures against Russia. The countries of the European Union (25 measures per $ 2.4 billion of damage) and Ukraine and Ukraine (22 measures for $ 775 million damage) introduced the most restrictions. Nine measures are valid from the United States, the damage from them amounted to $ 1.2 billion.
In relation to Russia, there are anti -dumping and special protective duties, licensing, quotas, sanitary and phytosanitary measures, as well as sanctions. The greatest damage was caused by the metallurgical industry ($ 4 billion) and agriculture ($ 1.1 billion).
The ministry added that 32 restrictions in the amount of more than $ 330 million were eliminated.
