Blagoveshchensk: the case under Art. 280

In Blagoveshchensk, the court will consider the case of a local resident accused of publicly calling for extremism.

On February 22, 2019, it became known that in the Amur Region, a case initiated under Part 2 of Art. 280 of the Criminal Code (public calls for extremism).

The accused is a local resident P., who, according to investigators, on April 18, 2015, published on the page of his classmate on VKontakte texts calling for violence against “ representatives of Russian nationality”. Details, unfortunately, are not reported.   Sources
