The defendants stated that they membership in Hizb ut-Tahrir, but deny the terrorist the direction of the party and believe that they were subjected to persecution for their beliefs.
Batyr Mukhametov and Bulat Rakhmanov was sentenced to 16 years; Mikhail Toptygin, Ruslan Zainullin and others Ural Abdrakhimov - 15 years; Ruslan Rahmatullin - 14 years old; Timur Gadiev and Radik Valiakhmetov - 13 years; Yaroslav Timofeev and Vadim Davletbaev - k 12 year; Artyom Naumov and Ural Galiev, who expressed remorse and gave testimony in the case of the other defendants - up to 11 years of strict regime in the colony.
