Boeing introduced the prototype of an unmanned fighter Boeing AirPower Teaming System with artificial intelligence.
The length of the military drone is 11.7 m, and the range of its flight exceeds 3.7 thousand km.
The first flightboing airpower Teaming System is scheduled for 2020.
The drone is able to fly independently or accompanied by a manned aircraft at a safe distance. The director of the research and experimental Boeing unit, Shane Arnott, said that four or six drones will be able to accompany the F/A-18E/F Super Hornet fighter-bomber, protecting it from a possible blow.
