The Moscow City Court released Vyacheslav Derev from the guard of the former senator from Karachay-Cherkessia. This was reported by RBC with reference to lawyer Ruslan Koblev.

The tree has been in custody since March 2018. The Moscow City Court refused to extend him to arrest over the deadline. “We hope that he will be hospitalized and the necessary treatment will pass,” the lawyer said.

“The court freed the tree in the courtroom, recognizing that there were no reasons to keep it under arrest. He was released at all without a preventive measure, ”another defender of the ex-serpenter Kirill Belsky told the publication.

Derns are accused in the case of an illegal return of VAT by two enterprises belonging to it. In addition, he is a witness to the charges of Rauf Arashukov.

According to the prosecution, trees, being the head and owner of the Kiev-Zhuraki APK and Mercury companies, for four years (from 2007 to 2010), along with subordinates, he achieved illegal compensation for VAT from the Russian budget, thus stolen more than 119 million rubles. The case was opened in February 2012 by the Investigative Department for the KCR, the charge was charged six years later - in March 2018. At this time, Arashukov was already occupied by his chair in the Council.

Surrounded by the tree, his persecution is associated with the conflict, which was between him and the Arashukov family. The case of the theft at the enterprises was initiated a week after the interview of the Rossiy Gazeta tree, where the senator mentioned the surname of the Arashukovs in the context of the murders in 2010 of the leader of the Circassian youth movement "Adyge Hase" and adviser to the President of the KCR Frale Shebzukhov. Deren also testified in the murder case.

Rauf Arashukov, in turn, claimed that his persecution was trying to organize the dunes. At the end of 2017, the alleged organizer of the attack on Shebzukhov Rustam Kopsergenov was detained. During interrogation, he stated that the customer of the crime was Arashukov. Arashukov said then that the Derevs stood behind the appearance of Kopsergenov and by the fact that he gave the “necessary” testimony, ”RBC notes.
