Muslims are outraged by the dress code of the cathedral mosque in Nizhny Novgorod: the local imam introduced the custom to pray in the mosque only in a white shirt.

On March 9, 2019, it became known that Russian Muslims are outraged dress code of the cathedral mosque of Nizhny Novgorod.

According to the journalists of the IslamNews portal, the Nizhny Novgorod imam Umar Idrisov introduced the custom to pray in the mosque only in white shirt. Muslims dressed differently are not allowed to attend Friday prayers by security guards.
