The company "Chef Putin" filed a lawsuit against Alexei Navalny

The company "Moscow Schoolboy", related to businessman Evgeny Prigozhin, sued Alexei Navalny. The Corruption Foundation previously called the businessman’s companies guilty of mass poisoning of children in kindergartens.

On March 28, the lawsuit went to the Moscow Arbitration Court. The defendants indicate the Corruption Foundation, Alexey Navalny, FBK lawyer Lyubov Sobol and Natalya Shilova, who calls himself a former employee of the Moscow School.

Pupils of nine kindergartens of Moscow massively infected disiners at the end of 2018. According to the Navalny Live YouTube channel, two companies were engaged in the organization of food in these kindergartens-Vito-1 LLC and the Concord power plant owned by Putin's Putin, Evgeny Prigozhin. Most of the kindergartens in question are in the southeast of Moscow.

“Both suppliers are included in the Association of Social Power Compartment enterprises in the field of education and healthcare. Even if the state contract was concluded by one company, sometimes the second was performed, acting as a co -executor. More recently, the general director of the association was Dmitry Tikhonov. At the same time, he was the Deputy General Director of Concord, ”said Lyubov Sobol.

The Investigative Committee has started a criminal case on the fact of mass infection of children.
