Administrative cases under Art. 20.29 Code of Administrative Offences. April 2019

Due to the increase in the number of administrative cases under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (production and distribution of prohibited materials), we combine such cases into a single list for each month.

On April 23, 2019, it became known that in the Kurgan region, a court fined a resident of the city of Shumikha, who published a certain forbidden video on his page on VKontakte.
On April 16, 2019, it became known that in the Murmansk Region, the Kandalaksha District Court fined Ivan Goretsky 1,500 rubles for publishing some forbidden audio recordings on his VKontakte page.
On April 16, 2019, it became known that in the Krasnodar Territory, a court fined a resident of the Kanevsky District who published a certain forbidden audio recording on his page.
On April 12, 2019, it became known that in the Kaliningrad region, the Central District Court fined a citizen of Latvia, a collector Juris Cibuls, for 3,000 rubles. According to media reports, for the exhibition of primers, Cibuls provided the regional children's library with 11 books containing fragments of the neo-Nazi "White Primer" (paragraph 811 of the Federal List of Extremist Materials). All 11 copies were confiscated.
On April 15, 2019, it became known that the Leninsky District Court of the Murmansk Region fined D.V. Dobrydnev, who published some prohibited material on the Internet. The young man was also fined under Art. 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses .

On April 10, 2019, the Dzerzhinsky District Court of the Kaluga Region fined a resident of the Medynsky District for publishing a banned audio recording on the VKontakte social network, included in the Federal List of Extremist Materials.
On April 10, 2019, the Oktyabrsky District Court of Ivanovo fined a local resident 2,000 rubles for allegedly publishing some banned material that was declared extremist by the Blagoveshchensk City Court of the Amur Region on May 18, 2015. What kind of material is meant is not clear, because. the court decision covered a number of materials reflected in the Federal List in paragraphs 2985 (there are two materials, one of which cannot be identified, because a link to an already non-existent page on the Internet is attached as a description, and the second is a certain document called "Book the beast (attempts to understand)") and 3012 (several musical compositions appear here, namely: the PS7.62 group "Kadyrov Street"; the Simargl group, "Former Skin"; the Kolovrat group, "They Bury the Skin"; the Sel' Mi "On the banner of Kolovrat (ALL SLAVES)"; groups "Metal Corrosion" "Heil Fuhrer!").
On April 9, 2019, it became known that in the Krasnodar Territory, the Bryukhovetsky District Court twice fined 23-year-old Maxim Yakimenko, who published six audio recordings included in the Federal List of Extremist Materials on two of his pages on a social network.
On April 9, 2019, it became known that in Bashkortostan, a magistrate fined a 36-year-old resident of the city of Salavat, who published some prohibited materials on his social network page.
On April 8, 2019, it became known that in the Chelyabinsk Region, the Korkinsky City Court fined the imam of a prayer room located in the basement of one of the apartment buildings, D. Talipov, for 1,000 rubles. According to the case file, “religious literature included in the Federal List of Extremist Materials” was found in the premises . Which books are in question, unfortunately, is unknown.
On April 5, 2019, it became known that in North Ossetia, the Ardonsky District Court fined a 24-year-old local resident for 1,000 rubles for posting a video “Question: If I am a Catholic going to Hell?” (Section 3261 of the Federal List of Extremist Materials).
On April 5, 2019, it became known that in the YaNAO, the Novy Urengoy City Court fined Tagir Kostekov, head of the local Muslim religious organization Ikhsan, for 4,000 rubles. was found in the Ihsana prayer house. According to the investigation, on March 23, 2019, the brochure “380 Major Sins” by Ibn Hajar al-Haytami (item 2841 of the Federal List of Extremist Materials)
On April 5, 2019, it became known that in the Ivanovo region, the Kineshma city court fined R. Shchelokov, who published a certain forbidden video on his page on a social network.
On April 5, 2019, it became known that in the Ivanovo Region, the Kineshma City Court fined A. Smirnov 1,000 rubles for publishing on his Vkontakte page an audio recording “SelMi – for the banner of Kolovrat” (paragraph 3012 of the Federal List of Extremist Materials ) .
On April 4, 2019, it became known that in the Murmansk Region, the Pechenga District Court fined a 35-year-old resident of Zapolyarny for 2,000 rubles for posting some forbidden audio and video on his Vkontakte page. It is also reported that the man was fined under Art. 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
On April 4, 2019, it became known that in the Krasnodar Territory, the Yeysk City Court fined 27-year-old Nikita Dyadyura, who published on his VKontakte page audio recordings of “Moscow Skinheads” (paragraph 1227 of the Federal List of Extremist Materials), “Racist 09/08/10 ” (p. 4061 ) and "Format18" (p. 3935 ). It is also reported that the young man was fined under Art. 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
On April 3, 2019, it became known that in Tyumen, the Kalininsky District Court fined G. Kharitonov 1,000 rubles for publishing some forbidden audio recordings on his VKontakte page.
On April 3, 2019, it became known that in the Krasnodar Territory, the Pavlovsky District Court arrested for four days a resident of the village of Pavlovskaya Yuri Zaitsev, who published on his page on VKontakte an audio recording “Alai Oli - Why did you lie down under the black one” (paragraph 3481 of the Federal list of extremist materials), "Argentina - Fight, sex", (p. 3894 ) "Kaffa - Ink girl" (p. 3481 ), "LiP Soulja - People are tired of enduring" (p. 3168 ), "Black economy and Market relations - I want "(p. 3610 )," Grotto and 25/17 - Smoke "(p. 3045 ). It is also reported that the young man's equipment was confiscated.
On April 1, 2019, the Oktyabrsky District Court of the city of Ivanovo fined a local resident for publishing a banned video “In the style of the Krovostok-Ziga (RAP) group” on the social network VKontakte (paragraph 4290 of the Federal List of Extremist Materials ).
