In the Samara region, an unregistered Islamic prayer house was closed, and the leader of a religious group was warned against carrying out extremist activities.

5th of April 2019, it became known that in the Samara region in February 2019, the FBS handed over to the prosecutor's office "for organizing checks and taking measures of the prosecutor's response "information that in one of the cafes in the village of Alekseevka is regularly collected for Muslim prayers.

During the check, it became known that an unregistered group of Muslims headed by a man born in 1971, the group is related to the "radical Islamic ideology" and does not obey Regional Spiritual Administration of Muslims of the Samara Region.

In March 2019, the leader of a religious group was issued a warning not to carrying out extremist activities, and the cafeteria was closed.
