The proceedings in the case of Alexander Byvshev were terminated and resumed

In February, the case against the Oryol poet was closed, but in April the materials were sent for a new examination.

April 8, 2019 Alexander Byvshev, a poet from the village Kromy of the Oryol region, reported that on February 28, 2019, production was discontinued in his criminal case; the relevant resolution of the Kromsky MSO SU SK on Oryol region, he received his hands on March 27. It was about chasing right away under three criminal articles, the cases on which were combined into one proceeding: under Part 1 of Art. 294 (obstruction of justice) - for disclosing information about the progress of the trial in the previous case against him, under Part 2 of Art. 280 - for the publication of the poem "Dedicated to the expansion of NATO to the east", and at 1 st. 282 - for the publication of the poems "Russian Spirit" and "Mighty Heap" on the site "Orlets". Charges under all these articles were, in our opinion, brought against Byvshev without proper grounds.

However, according to Byvshev, on April 8, 2019, in the local UK, he reported that the investigation into his case was resumed, and materials, including a collection of poems "Bloody memory of World War II war, which was previously tested for compliance with the composition of Art. 354.1 of the Criminal Code (rehabilitation of Nazism), were sent for a new examination to Moscow and Orel.

Recall that in In 2015, Byvshev was convicted under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code for the publication of a poem "Ukrainian patriots". The complaint against this verdict was accepted for consideration by the ECtHR and communicated . In 2018, he was also convicted under the same article again - for the poem "On the Independence of Ukraine."
