“Field” employees in these countries keep a direct connection with Prigozhin: the majority have phones that allow the restaurant to call each of the subordinates (they call them “closed phones”). Phone numbers go in order - from the number “1”, which is assigned to Prigozhin, to at least the “700” number, says a political strategist who worked in Africa, and confirm two of his colleagues. To communicate with each other and local residents, political technologists mainly use Telegram, follows from the screenshots of correspondence, which are at the disposal of the “project”; This was also said by a political strategist who worked in Madagascar.

Each of the countries has its own plan of action, but the most worked out part of the strategy concerns the former French colonies in Africa and is associated with Kemi Seba.

Panfrican project

Key methods of combating the French influence on the continent, invented by Political Technologists of Prigozhin, are inciting territorial disputes and the fight against the zone of the African franc.

The West lost the right to divide peoples into full -fledged citizens and those whose lives are insignificant, and to teach other countries to teach lives - this is how the struggle of African countries from the "old colonial power - France" is justified in the documents of political strategists. The organization of this conference and even a meeting of foreign guests, as follows from one of the documents that the project got acquainted with, was dealt with by Russian political technologists who worked for St. Petersburg “BEK Office”, Roman Pozdnyakov and Andrei Kramar, said the interlocutor, familiar with the organization of Prigozhin’s structures, was confirmed by two political strategists, one of whom worked for Madagascar, and two two Malagasian, who helped organize conferences and asked for anonymity for security reasons; Pozdnyakov and Kramar did not answer the questions of the "project".
