It is reported that swastikas, Celtic crosses and various inscriptions and stencils appeared on the facades of houses, fences and pillars in large numbers, such as “We are already here SS WP”, “Read Wotan Jugent”, “Russian guests are not welcome”, “Glory to Rus' " and others. Graffiti was made in the central districts of the city, and objects in the immediate vicinity of the buildings of the regional prosecutor's office and the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Perm Territory. However, the latter may just be a coincidence.
