EXTINning ReBELLION activists require the authorities to take measures aimed at combating the global climate change, in particular, reduce carbon dioxide emissions to zero by 2025. They overlap the streets in the city center since April 15.

Since the launch of the promotion last year, activists closed bridges, poured buckets with fake blood near Dauning Street, blocked the BBCs and sat half-naked in parliament, demanding from the authorities in accordance with the Parisian agreements to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

The organizers of the protest shares that resulted in a whole movement around the world have three main requirements: to the government - “tell the truth about climate change”, reduce carbon emissions to zero by 2025 and create a meeting of citizens to observe progress.

One of the founders of the movement, Roger Khallah, believes that mass participation and civil disobedience increases the chances of social changes.
