About 150 newspapers were confiscated from the detainee and taken to to the police department, from where they released him three hours later without drawing up a protocol.

They seized 7,000 copies of the newspaper, and in relation to one of them, the district deputy from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation Dronov, a protocol was drawn up under Art. 20.29 Code of Administrative Offenses (production and distribution of extremist materials). Previously, party activists were detained for distributing leaflets, against the increase in tariffs for garbage collection.
