Claims of Roskomnadzor to the Taiga.info Regional Information Agency relate to the placement of hyperlinks on the video in which obscene vocabulary is heard, and not “stars” instead of a mat. According to RNS, the press service of the department reported this.
“During the monitoring of the site, three materials regarding the beating of the teenager were identified by Roskomnadzor specialists. Each of them was attended by an active hyperlink on a video of beating, in which obscene abuse is clearly heard, ”the regulator’s press service told RNS.
The representative of Roskomnadzor emphasized that Russian legislation prohibits the use of the media to spread materials containing obscene abuse.
Earlier, Znak.com said that the Taiga.info publication received a notification from Roskomnadzor about the administrative protocol for the publication of materials, which contains obscene abuse. Journalists covered up obscene words with stars.
The claims of Roskomnadzor were caused by a series of publications that tell about the group beating of a student of the Novosibirsk College. In the text, the word that could be mistaken for mat was replaced by five stars: “Kill it, *****!”
“The notification of Roskomnadzor speaks of the spread of obscene words. Honestly, we do not yet understand what claims to us can be. Material words in our materials are always closed with stars. Tomorrow we are going to go to Roskomnadzor and find out what we are accused of specifically, ”explained the chief of the publication Vasily Volnukhin.
