The Leninsky District Court of Yekaterinburg fined a protester against the construction of a church in the park near the Drama Theatre.

29 May 2019, the Leninsky District Court of Yekaterinburg fined the participant protest against the construction of a temple in the park near the Drama Theater of Stanislav Melnichenko under Part 5 of Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation by a participant public event of the established procedure for holding a meeting, rally, demonstration, procession or picketing).

The fine amounted to 12 thousand rubles.

According to S. Melnichenko, he did not participate in the action, but stood nearby. Recall during protests against the construction of a church in Yekaterinburg in May 2019, were detained 98 people , 30 of them were imprisoned into custody.
