Selective law enforcement

The smallest modern state differs from the largest mafia in that it has written laws. And performs them. That is, the legal framework exist not only for the lower classes, but also for the top. The mafia built on family-clan customs (in the terms of Marx "East despotia") does not tolerate such restrictions.

The formula for election enforcement (with its own, strangers - the law) is a border separating the management structure of the “mafia”, “clan”, “despotism” from the managerial structure such as “modern state”. Despite the fact that both types may well control the territory, population, production, security forces and even the whole country as a whole. And for a long time. True, with different final effectiveness.

It seems an obvious difference; But not everyone notice. Compare the northern and southern Korea.

Not everyone also notice that the legal norm is not valid because it is written in paper, but because influential political players support it with their specific interest and resource. Otherwise, it turns out as with the Stalinist constitution of 1936, where there are paragraphs, but there is no action. For example, article 112: "Judges are independent and obey only the law." And what the “law” is the changeable will of the party and its leader (supported by his own imperious interest) - this should already be guessed by default. Who did not guess - the leader along with the "law" is not to blame. He is alone in his right. All other players are destroyed as a class.

Many have not yet guessed what the Stalinist USSR actually was, which was listed on paper. And from some points of view, he was very similar to him. For example, he had wonderful constitutional paragraphs not only about an independent court, but also about the freedom of assembly, the will, universal equal, direct, secret elections, etc., however, carefully monitored that there were no support from influential players. Yes, and the players themselves are not. But this will not see it everyone! As well as the cause of popular electoral support of 99.9%, which is physically impossible.

System of institutes and violence

The modern state is a system of institutions designed to ensure an acceptable balance of interests of different social groups (in terms of Marx Classes).

The mafia is a system of violence designed to suppress and destroy social groups competing with it along with their interests.

Therefore, in the state, paragraphs are functionally necessary and really work (although they are constantly attacked and tested for strength from all sides), and in the mafia or in eastern despotism they serve as an element of the decorative ornament on the facade.

It is time to learn how to distinguish an ornament from the text and concept from the law.

Including the rights of citizens. But by no means the private interests of the boss, his friends, clan, ethnic group, groups, etc.!

And at the same time enjoy absolute power over millions of unquestioningly dependent and disenfranchised slaves. He ordered - they erected him an Egyptian pyramid from weapons. He wanted to - they dug a personal line of the metro from the working office in the Kremlin to the near cottage. But not for yourself, of course - for the people!

Any mafia (or eastern despotism) primarily cares about the interests of the people: so that, God forbid, the internal and external enemies do not destroy the order of things with an exclusive master and monopoly private owner at the top.

Here, ask the Sultan Brunei, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, or, say, R.A. Kadyrov - aren't they for the people? For the people. Exclusively for him! Always. Not for yourself! And how people appreciate them and love them, you can learn from the numbers of direct, equal and secret voting.

Mafia schemes

Ivan Kolunov opened quite routine mafia schemes around the funeral, real estate, and the garbage processing business. And also, it seems, narcotic. Nothing original - about the same areas (where the consumer is firmly sitting on the hook and a minimum of managerial creativity is required: the main thing is to squeeze competitors and establish a monopoly), mastered by the mafia in other developed countries. Our case differs in that the bosses were not abandoned for reprisal with the journalist of the bosses, at least formally separated from the authorities (as it was with Dmitry Kholodov or Oleg Kashin ), and a whole “state” official structure is like a direct. Guardians of the law.

There are fewer states in our country, and there are more and more mafia. The population is kept behind the victorious suckers rising from the knees of all frankly. That is, they stopped observing even the visibility of decency. And those, since they were hopelessly degrading for decades of working with a minimum of managerial creativity, out of habit used a dangled crooked track: throw a rubbish. As with Oyub Titiyev in Chechnya. Also, not too wounding up the observance of decency. And why, if everything is captured?

On the one hand, this means that the states in our country are being done less and less, and the mafia is more and more. The population is kept behind the victorious suckers rising from the knees of all frankly. The monopoly owner around the corner affectionately smiles into the smoked mustache: you are going the right course, comrades! Directly to the next geopolitical disaster - after the next collapse of Pahanat.

On the other hand, Moscow is still not Chechnya, that’s the matter. It has survived (or overgrown?!) Carriers of interests and rights. They resist. Doctors do not want to make a false diagnosis. Experts do not want to sign a falsified chemical protocol. analysis. That is, captured, but not all! There is still something to work on.

Suddenly, such a phenomenon as a workshop solidarity was designated. Journalists, as a rule, are not stupid people, understand that if today is so with Ivan, then tomorrow will be with Peter. Oyub, of course, is far for them, you never know what is there in the Caucasus ... But specifically here, in Moscow, lawlessness was not yet so impudent.

Actual choice

In 2011, the State Duma “United Russia” was attributed in Moscow only about 15 percent points (in reality it was 30-35%, 47%were drawn). And the city - thanks to the disinterested works of observers, carriers of civic interest - fell into a swamp. Then - we will pay tribute - so rudely to falsify the protocols in Moscow. Found more acceptable forms.

And in Chechnya, where the late speaker of the Legislative Assembly of Dukuvakha Abdurakhmanov promised in 2010 to provide United Russia, if necessary, 120%, nothing changed.

Actually, the case of Ivan Golunov in a broad sense is interesting from two points of view.

First. Where is the current Russian government moving? Where it is necessary to be relatively advanced and Europeanized by Moscow and other largest Russian cities with their city (in the literal sense of the word by bourgeois, from the word “burg” or “bourgeo”) ideas about rights. That is, towards the modern legal state.

Or, conversely, towards the small but proud Caucasian Republic, which ensured order no worse than in the former Sicily and now proposes to spread it throughout the country. What is electorally, which is in relation to the uncompromising mafia of drug struggle. Along with the killings of political competitors straight at home or under the walls of the Kremlin. At the expense - you have to notice - the Russian taxpayer.

Second. What trajectory is more like a Russian taxpayer?

People are sitting. And time goes. And there are also characters who, according to the glorious Stalinist tradition, are not aware of what it is about.

It's about simple: the state is when laws are respected. Including elections. Then the electoral dzhigits, according to Article 142 of the Criminal Code, should receive up to 4 years in prison for falsification of electoral protocols. If, on the contrary, falsifiers throw compromising evidence to observers and investigators and plant, this is indicated by a completely different term. Mafia. Clan. Or, if you like the rhetoric of Marx more, the eastern despotism.
