In St. Petersburg, gas was sprayed by the prosecutor's office

The building of the prosecutor's office of St. Petersburg on Pochtametskaya Street on the morning of July 5 was filled around the perimeter with unknown gas. It is reported by Fontanka.

According to the publication, the operatives of the EC center are looking for a 28-year-old native of the Moscow Region Arthur Astapchuk. At 8:46 a.m., a man in a black suit and a white shirt, with an umbrella and a white bag in his hands, walked around the building and sprayed unknown gas. It dispersed about half an hour, probably getting into open windows.

"Fontanka" with reference to "open data" writes that Astapchuk is a lawyer by education. In 2017 and 2018, he tried to become a municipal deputy from the LDPR in Moscow, but he was refused registration as a candidate.
