On July 26, 2019, the Leninsky District Court of Orenburg fined a young man 1,000 rubles for posting three audio files included in the Federal List of Extremist Materials on the VKontakte social network in 2015.

On July 23, 2019, the Syktyvkar City Court fined a local resident 1,000 rubles for publishing a certain video on the VKontakte social network, which was recognized as extremist by the decision of the Kirovsky District Court of the city of Ufa of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
On July 17, 2019, it became known that in Tver, the Moscow District Court fined Anton Apraksinsky, who published some prohibited material on his VKontakte page.
On July 16, 2019, it became known that in the Republic of Mari El, the Zvenigovsky District Court fined A. Zaitsev 1,500 rubles for publishing the video “LiP Soulja — the People are tired of enduring” on his VKontakte page (paragraph 3168 of the Federal List of Extremist materials), "Pale (25/17) - Wake up" (p. 3248 ) and "Evil Russia" (p. 2831 ).
On July 16, 2019, it became known that in the Republic of Mari El, the Volga City Court fined a 48-year-old local resident for 1,000 rubles for publishing an audio recording “Black economy and market relations - I want garbage” on his VKontakte page (p. 3610 of the Federal List of Extremist Materials).
On July 11, 2019, it became known that in the Jewish Autonomous Region, the Birobidzhansky District Court fined 29-year-old Yevgeny Shuklin 2,000 rubles for posting “materials recognized as extremist” in a community on one of the social networks . The man was also fined under Art. 20.3 and 20.3.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
On July 11, 2019, it became known that in Murmansk, the Leninsky District Court fined Pavel Filippov 1,000 rubles for posting a video on his VKontakte page that was included in the Federal List of Extremist Materials.
On July 11, 2019, it became known that in the Murmansk Region, the Olenegorsk City Court fined Andrei Gritsaev 1,000 rubles for posting the video “Kalovrat – Glory to Russia! Glory of the Great Russian Empire!" (Section 3003 of the Federal List of Extremist Materials).
