According to the presidential decree, the deputy director of the Russian Guard, Lieutenant General Sergei Mileiko, who oversaw the rear issues, and the director of the Lieutenant General Valery Duginov, were resigned and dismissed from the military service of the Rosguard. Another Lieutenant General, Viktor Matsyuk, who was the head of the Main Directorate of the Personnel of the Russian Guard, was removed from his post.

The publication recalls that Lieutenant General Mileiko decided to leave the service after the inspectors had serious questions to the work of the Tyloviks. Together with him, the resignation report was submitted by the First Deputy Head of the Russian Guard, Colonel General Sergei Melikov, who worked with General Mileiko in the presidential envoy in the North Caucasus Federal District.
