This week it became known that the authorities would not allow opposition candidates, including Ilya Yashin, Dmitry Gudkov, Lyubov Sobol and Ivan Zhdanov and many others. Protests in the capital are daily from last Sunday. Today, more than 22 thousand people gathered on Sakharov Avenue, and calculated the White counter project. Context. The protests in support of independent candidates who are not allowed to the polls began ten days ago, and last Sunday they grew into a large -scale action: the procession to the building of the Moscow City Writer ended with the detentions of both the protesters and the candidates themselves. In total, 38 people got into the police department.

On the same day, shortly before the detention, the unregistered candidate and ally Alexei Navalny Lyubov Sobol called the participants in the action to an unlimited protest at the building of the Moscow City Writer. Each day, candidate Ilya Yashin also called for shares for registration of candidates in the Moscow City Duma, he offered every day to come at 19:00 to Trubnaya Square - it was there that the protesters gathered in the end.

Although the protests on the pipe continued daily, most of the Muscovites are still not interested in the topic of elections: at least this is indicated by the results of the VTIIMA survey . 89% of respondents admitted that this topic is not interested in them. But this year, 44% of Moscow residents were ready to come to the polling stations, 29% were not determined. In the elections to the Moscow City Duma in 2014, the turnout amounted to 21.04%.

What is wrong here. In total, the Moscow election room refused to register 27 candidates. The most common cause of refusal is an unacceptably high percentage of marriage in the collected signatures. For registration for the elections, candidates had to collect 3% of signatures from all voters of the district - this is about 4.5-5 thousand pieces with a permissible marriage level of 10%.

As early as July 15, it became known that the head of the Krasnoselsky municipal district Ilya Yashin was not allowed to elections: members of the commission claim that more than 11% of the signatures collected for him are invalid. Yashin himself on Facebook wrote that the commission found the second reason for refusing to register: “Allegedly, I illegally referred on the website of the municipal district to my video on YouTube, which the commission regarded as the use of an administrative resource.” Yashin called all the claims of the commission “go -ahead cynicism.” Yashin’s interview before the start of today's action was published on Medusa.
Even more invalid signatures-15%-the commission found Lyubov Sobol with the lawyer FBK, which was nominated in the “protest” of the 43rd district. Mosisbirk hit 725 out of 4940 collected signatures. Together with her, registration was refused to all candidates-nominates around the district.
The politician Dmitry Gudkov was recognized as invalid 1703 signatures or actually 19% of the total, in Gudkov Sr. and even more-2500 signatures.
In addition to Yashin, Sobol and the Gudkovs “Refusals” were received by another member of the team of Alexei Navalny Ivan Zhdanov and the former chairman of Open Russia Alexander Solovyov.
