A Russian fishing vessel was detained in the DPRK

At the "Xianhailin 8" there were 15 Russians and two citizens of South Korea. According to the SVRK, Koreans, as well as the captain and his assistant, were settled in the hotel. The rest of the sailors were closed in cabins and forbidden to go to the deck.
