The court released Baring partner Delpal under house arrest

The Moscow City Court released Baring Vostok partner Philip Delpal under house arrest. He became the third defendant in the Baring case to have his preventive measure mitigated, after Michael Calvey and ex-head of Vostochny Bank Alexei Kordichev. Now, until October 13, Delpal will stay in an apartment in Denezhny Lane, which his wife bought in July of this year specifically in order to achieve house arrest for the businessman.

• Delpal was arrested on February 15 along with five other defendants in the Baring case.
