Boeing plans to resume the operation of the Boeing 737 Max model in the IV quarter of 2019, said Randy Tinset, Vice President of Marketing Boeing.
“Now we plan that the plane will be returned to operation in the fourth quarter of 2019,” Tinset said.
According to him, this decision must be agreed with the US aircraft. Boeing is also in contact on this issue with aviations of other countries.
Recall that Boeing 737 MAX flights were banned worldwide after two airlines. In March 2019, 157 people were killed in the crash of this model of Ethiopian Airlines, in October 2018, 189 people crashed on the Indonesian Lion Air.
In Boeing, disasters were explained by problems with the MCAS software.
