Rosreestr renamed the vice-mayor of Moscow Alexander Gorbenko in Ivan Fedorov in an extract on a suburban area of 2 hectares. This is stated in the investigation of the Corruption Fund Alexei Navalny.
In 2013, Navalny published an investigation about the cottage of Vice-mayor. According to the old certificates, Gorbenko owned the site from December 20, 2006. The number and date of registration of the property in the name of Fedorov coincide with the previous data that the cottage belongs to Gorbenko. Two neighboring sites are recorded on the son and wife of Gorbenko.
The area of 19990 m² is located in Bityzovo, Moscow Region. There are nine houses on the site, one of which with an area of 400 m. Navalny estimated the cost of this house at 500 million rubles. He is not in the Gorbenko declaration. There are also two reservoirs on the site, three sports and playgrounds.
Gorbenko is engaged in the city hall of regional security and information policy, “oversees the security forces” and “is responsible for Moscow propaganda and the cult of Sergei Sobyanin in the media.”
