NKD, SERB and NOD disrupted the Theater performance.doc

On August 28, 2019, in Moscow, activists from the right-wing radical organization "National Conservative Movement", as well as the pro-Kremlin NOD and SERB disrupted a performance at Theater.doc dedicated to the situation of homosexuals in Russia.

On August 28, 2019, the Theater.doc performance "Exit the Closet", which is dedicated to the theme of coming out, was disrupted in Moscow.

During the performance, the leaders of the far-right organization National Conservative Movement (NCM) Valentina Bobrova and Mikhail Ochkin, as well as activists from the pro-Kremlin NOD and SERB, burst into the hall. Those who came began to shout loudly and insult the audience, demanding to interrupt the show, declaring everything that was happening "a blasphemous spectacle." The formal reason for the attack was that it seemed to the activists that there were minors in the hall. The performance was interrupted, and the police arrived at the theater, but did not find the minors when checking documents.

Already in the presence of law enforcement officers, a brawl took place with the participation of Bobrova and one of the spectators, Anton Tkachuk. As a result, two attackers were brought to the police (who exactly, unfortunately, is not reported), the director of the performance Anastasia Patlay and a participant in the conflict with Bobrova - Tkachuk. A protocol on petty hooliganism was drawn up against the latter (Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

After that, the performance resumed, but the activists continued to shout threats near the theater.

Recall that this is not the first joint action of NKD with SERB. In May of this year, they jointly disrupted the Bob by Side festival.   Sources
