Fighters of the Russian Guard will be equipped with DVRs at rallies

They plan to equip the fighters of the Russian Guard with DVRs at mass events and during special operations. This was reported by TASS with reference to the head of the department, Viktor Zolotov.

“DVR is planned to be used to fix the situation during service - when ensuring safety at mass events, during special operations by units of the special forces of riot police, Sobr and military special forces, when reacted by employees of non -departmental security for incoming signals from the objects,” he said.

Zolotov noted that the Rosguard also discusses the draft order on the approval of the badge of the soldier. According to him, this will need to work out financial, economic and legal issues.

On May 22, Vedomosti reported that the Ministry of Internal Affairs is testing camera-register chambers with a person recognition function.
