The Corruption Foundation was discovered by two apartments by the deputy chairman of the Central Election Commission of Nikolai Bulaev allocated to him by the state. Their market value is more than 150 million rubles.

The first apartment Bulaev was allocated by the administration of the President of Russia in 2009. Its area is 103 square meters is located on Starovolinskaya Street in the Ochakovo-Matveevskoye area. According to the FBK, its market value is 50 million rubles.

In 2018, Bulaev received another apartment from the city of Moscow, in whose property it passed from the Ministry of Defense. It is located in Khamovniki, its area is 155 square meters. According to the FBK, its market value is 150 million rubles.

In December 2017, Bulaev, justifying the non -registration of Alexei Navalny in the presidential election, talked about “deception of young people” and “immoral” mechanisms of working with children.
