On September 26, 2019, the Penza District Court fined 10,000 rubles to a 30-year-old resident of the village of Kondol, who in the summer of 2019, drunk, tried to get into the house of a 65-year-old neighbor and at the same time publicly shouted xenophobic insults.
On September 11, 2019, the Leninsky District Court of Kursk fined a local resident, Sh., 10,000 rubles for posting videos directed against representatives of certain ethnic groups on the VKontakte social network.
On September 27, 2019, the Perovsky District Court of Moscow fined Andrei Malosolov, a journalist and fan of CSKA, 20,000 rubles for publishing a racist post on Twitter calling former Spartak player Brazilian Luis Adriano a monkey. Malosolov himself did not admit his guilt. He believes that the statement was emotional in nature and concerned only Adriano's behavior during the match.
On September 6, 2019, it became known that in St. Petersburg, the Vyborgsky District Court fined Igor Yurkov for 10,000 rubles. The reason for initiating an administrative case was that from August 21, 2018 to December 9, 2018, a man published some xenophobic comments in the SportFaza group on VKontakte.
On September 4, 2019, it became known that in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug, a court fined a resident of Nizhnevartovsk for 10,000 rubles for posting comments “aimed at inciting religious hatred” on one of the websites
On September 6, 2019, it became known that in Bashkiria, two local residents (aged 59 and 36) were fined 10,000 rubles each. One of them posted a xenophobic comment on Odnoklassniki, and the other posted a xenophobic post on VKontakte.
On September 3, 2019, it became known that in the Kurgan Region, the Shadrinskiy District Court fined A. Lukin 5,000 rubles for posting many xenophobic videos and comments on his VKontakte page. According to the Shadrinsk Interdistrict Prosecutor's Office, for the first time the case against Lukin was brought to court in May 2019, but then it was terminated due to the lack of corpus delicti. The prosecutor's office appealed the dismissal of the case, which led to its new consideration.
