In 16 regions of Russia, alleged supporters of Colonel Kvachkov were detained

According to media reports, more than 25 activists of the "People's Militia of Russia" (NOR) were detained.

On October 1, 2019, it became known that at least 25 alleged supporters of the People's Militia of Russia (NOR) were detained in 16 regions of Russia. Searches were carried out in their homes, during which law enforcement officers found and seized “weapons, symbols, campaign materials, electronic media, gunpowder, instructions on tactics of conducting guerrilla warfare and making IEDs.” In the course of the investigation of which particular case these events took place, unfortunately, it is not reported.

According to OVD-Info, at least one arrest took place in Yeysk, Krasnodar Territory. A search was also held at Alexander Kholin, a witness in a criminal case of participation in the activities of a terrorist organization, initiated against Kvachkov's supporters: Yuri Ekishev, Sergei Finogin and Pavel Antonov.

"People's Militia of Russia" - an alternative name for the movement "People's Militia. Minin and Pozharsky" (NOMP). as a terrorist act in 2015 It was banned , which is why former NOMP members now use the other acronym.

In connection with the decriminalization of the last article of the charge, Kvachkov left the colony in February 2019.
