Rosfinmonitoring wants to equate monthly expenses for people from the list of extremists to the cost of living

Rosfinmonitoring has prepared a bill in which the limit on spending the money that people included in the list of terrorists and extremists receive is supposed to be changed from 10 thousand rubles to the regional cost of living. This is stated in the response of the administration of the Presidential Administration of the President of Russia Roem.ru Yuri Sinodov, Kommersant reports .

Now the bill is under interagency agreement.

The legal analyst of Agora Damir Gainutdinov explained to Kommersant that the binding to the regional subsistence level will improve the situation for residents of some regions (for example, Moscow), but will worsen for others (Tambov region).

“I received not a fixed monthly salary, but fees for each material. And their state does not consider their state salary, so I can’t even take 10 thousand to me, ”the Pskov journalist Svetlana Prokopyeva, accused of justifying terrorism, told Kommersant.

“I consider this law an absolute evil, while absolutely useless. Do lawmakers think that terrorism is funded from a salary account in Sberbank? Previously, we received a salary through banks, the state saw the movement of all our money. Now the state itself pushed us into the sphere of cash, we are forced to use some curved left schemes to get the money earned. And now the state itself does not see them anymore, ”she added.
