A 31-year-old resident of Yaroslavl was sentenced to 2.5 years of probation.
On October 11, 2019, it became known that in Yaroslavl, the Zavolzhsky District Court found a 31-year-old local resident guilty under Part 2 of Art. 280 of the Criminal Code and sentenced him to 2.5 years of probation.
According to media reports, a man who “shared the right-wing radical ideology” published materials on the Internet that “called for extremist actions and inciting ethnic hatred.” He wrote posts in Ukrainian, some of them were devoted to criticism of the annexation of Crimea to Russia, and also supported the ideology of the banned "Right Sector".
