The case was launched against a 26-year-old local resident who was reportedly fined under Art. 20.3.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (inciting hatred) for publishing materials directed against Ukrainians, and now he has again posted xenophobic materials on the social network. According to media reports, these are posts directed against immigrants from Tajikistan and Uzbekistan, gypsies and representatives of other ethnic groups.
Recall that after the entry into force of the law on the partial decriminalization of the composition of Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code, this article can be applied if the accused has already been brought to administrative responsibility under Art. 20.3.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
On September 26, 2019, the Sovietsky District Court of Vladikavkaz found the young man guilty and sentenced him to 3 years of probation.
