
The owner of one of the Lapshichny networks “Pull-Small” filed a lawsuit for 100 thousand rubles to the employees of the Foundation for Combating Lyubov Sobol and Georgy Alburov. This was reported by "MBH Media" with reference to the press service of the Simonovsky court.
The court did not specify what was the reason for the lawsuit.
The application was submitted by an individual entrepreneur Vitaliy Tolkalov, IP is registered at the central market. The market was closed on August 3, when a protest action was held in Moscow.
Earlier, the Armenia restaurant on Tverskaya sued more than 200 thousand rubles among the organizers of the action on July 27. The plaintiff complained that the defendants organized a protest on July 27, because of which he had to close the restaurant for the whole day and cancel the banquet. According to representatives of Armenia, the restaurant did not receive more than 155 thousand rubles of average Saturday income. In addition, on July 27, a banquet was planned for 40 people with a total value of more than 396 thousand rubles.
Mosgortrans and the GBU "Roads" also filed claims with the organizers demanding to reimburse them with losses of 12.5 million rubles. The Koptevsky court of Moscow recovered 1.2 million rubles from Alexei Navalny, unregistered candidates for deputies of the Moscow City Duma, as well as employees of the Corruption Fund at the Mosgortrans suit. The same court partially satisfied the claim of the GBU “Roads” and obliged Ilya Yashin, Lyubov Sobol, Alexei Navalny and still six oppositionists to compensate for losses in the amount of 3.4 million rubles.
