On November 4, 2019, in St. Petersburg, in Ekateringof Park, six young people attacked a 30-year-old native of Uzbekistan (according to other sources, Tajikistan). They threatened the man, demanded that he return to his homeland, and then sprayed an irritating substance from a can into his face, after which they beat him.
Recall that November 4 is the day when nationalists traditionally hold the "Russian March".
On the fact of the attack, a criminal case was opened under Art. 213 of the Criminal Code (hooliganism).
