Roscosmos controls the construction of the second stage of the Vostochny cosmodrome using the Earth's sensing satellites. According to him, Roscosmos decided to use the orbital grouping of landing "for objective control." Satellites take pictures of what is happening on the spot, and this information undergoes mathematical processing.
