Lawyer: Investigator in the case of threats to judge of the Moscow City Court demands to abandon the defenders and calm down the "noise"

Investigator in the case of Yevgeny Erzunov, accused of threats by Judge Mosgorsud Alexei Krivoruchko, demands from his relatives to abandon independent defenders and not attract attention to the process. The lawyer Fedor Sirosh writes about this in his Telegram channel. He represents the interests of Erzunov.

According to the lawyer, talking with relatives, the investigator "persistently found out, who are" these two from Agora. " It was about Sirosh himself and his colleague Leonid Soloviev. Also, the investigator did not like that Erzunov’s wife began to publicly talk about the case.

“The investigation has repeatedly asked relatives to refuse the protection of Sirosh and Solovyov, and personally, Eugene promises that if there is no“ hype ”, then Eugene will pay a fine and return to the family until the New Year,” Sirosh writes.

On November 14, Erzunov was sent to a pre -trial detention center. According to investigators, he wrote a tweet, which contained threats by the murder of the judge of the Moscow City Court.

On November 13, the court arrested for two months of another person involved in the case - Alexei Veresov, accused under part 2 of Art. 280 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (public calls for extremism). The measure of restraint Veresov was also elected at the meeting in closed mode.

Another defendant - Sergei Polovtsa - was charged under Part 1 of Art. 296 of the Criminal Code (threat of murder against the judge). However, he was released on a subscription of the departure after interrogation at the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation (TFR). Polovtsian pleaded guilty and gave exposing testimonies for the third defendant - Erzunov, as a result of which he was detained before departing from Vnukovo Airport.
