"Rubezh Severa" is excluded from the state register of legal entities

In Komi, "Frontier of the North" is excluded from the state register of legal entities.

November 14, Syktyvkar City Court considered an administrative case on the claim of the regional Department of the Ministry of Justice to ANO "Rubezh Sever" on the liquidation and exclusion of information from the state register.

The Department of the Ministry of Justice controls the activities of non-profit organizations. According to the department, "Frontier of the North" " does not provide documents containing a report on its activities, on the personal composition of the governing bodies, as well as documents on the expenditure of funds and the use of other property, including those received from foreign sources, on information about the continuation of its activity ." During the consideration of the case, the court found violations of the requirements of the law on non-profit organizations by the "Frontier of the North".

The court satisfied the claim of the Ministry of Justice. The decision of the court did not enter into force.

Recall that the organization "Frontier of the North" was recognized as extremist on November 23, 2016.
