
Roskomnadzor wrote out six more protocols to the International Memorial and the Chairman of the Board of the organization Jan Rachinsky due to the alleged failure of the Law on Foreign Agents.
The protocols are drawn up under Part 2 of Art. 19.34 Code of Administrative Offenses - for the lack of marking on three pages: “The personnel of the state security bodies of the USSR. 1935–1939 ”,“ Victims of political terror in the USSR ”and on the blog on the website of“ Echo of Moscow ”, which is conducted by the editorial office of the radio station.
At the same time, the lawyer of Memorial Natalya Morozova provided for Roskomnadzor an official confirmation signed by the editor -in -chief of the Echo of Moscow website that the editorial office took materials from the Memorial website independently, but the protocols were still drawn up.
Information about the "offense" was transmitted to Roskomnadzor by a certain Andrei Shuvalov. On Thursday, on his appeal to the Memorial human rights center, two protocols were drawn up.
In total, 28 protocols were issued to the International Memorial and the Memorial Human Rights Assembly, 11 of them were considered. The amount of fines reached 2 million 300 thousand rubles. So far, four appeals have been filed against court decisions.
The fee has been announced to pay fines.
