An official from Severodvinsk was fined for obstructing a rally

In Severodvinsk, the deputy head of the administration of Oleg Bacherikov, who prevented the anti -muquiller rally, was fined for 30 thousand rubles. This was reported by the publication 29.ru.

The court fined Bacherikov for banning the activists of the Pomerania Movement movement to hold a rally on the city square, without providing an alternative site.

In the fall of 2018, activists sent officials notifications of a rally at seven different sites. In four cases, they were refused, since there are no shares in accordance with regional legislation. In response, two more notifications of the Bacherics offered another place, and left the third without an alternative.

A rally in Severodvinsk on October 20, 2018 gathered about 400 people.
