Two defendants in the Moscow Affairs were given several years in the colony, the third received a suspended sentence

The Meshchansky District Court sentenced the person involved in the Moscow case to Yegor Lesniks to three years in a general regime colony, Maxim Martintsov - by 2.5 years, Alexander Mylnikov - to two years conditionally. They were accused of applying a representative of the authorities as part of a group of persons. It is reported by Rain.

All defendants in the case were detained in October. According to investigators, during an inconsistent protest for free elections on July 27 in Moscow, they threw a riot police officer to the ground, and the forestry kicked the policeman.

The accused said that they tried to stop the police who applied the force to the girl and the guy lying on the asphalt.
